Ordering and Payment Policies

In order to ensure proper service and delivery, we require a minimum 24 hour advance notice for all large orders. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm for next day or any orders placed day-of are subject to menu and delivery availability. Payment may be made by cash, company check, house account or any major credit card. Deliveries that require the use of any equipment and pick-up of that equipment at a later tie are subject to a $50 delivery/set-up/pick-up charge. Deliveries that are within a 15 mile radius are at no additional charge. Deliveries that are outside of the 15-mile radius are subject to a $1 per mile delivery charge. Payment for Deliveries over $500 much be made prior to delivery via cash, check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour advance notice is required. In the event of less than 24 hour notice, the client may be held responsible for unrecoverable costs.
